Appointment Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations for any scheduled service. No-shows and same-day appointment cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. This policy enables us to maintain a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

If unforeseen circumstances require All About Me Medical Day Spa to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, the $50 cancellation fee will be waived.


Late Arrival Policy

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and you will be responsible for full service fees. We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time; however, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we feel there is not enough time to give you quality treatment and to not keep other clients waiting.


Payment Policy

Payment for all individual treatments is due at time of treatment, and all packages must be paid in full at time of first treatment. We do not offer financing or payment plans, however, we do offer Care Credit. All services are final sale; there are no refunds or credit issued for any service; medical or non-medical.
