Appointments
Plan on arriving 15 minutes early to allow for the completion of necessary paperwork. Please help yourself and others by being on time.
Cancellations
Cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice will result in a $50 service charge. Spa packages require a 48 hour cancellation notice and must be pre-paid in advance. Gift certificate appointments shall be reduced by 50% without a 24 hour cancellation notice. A non-refundable 50% fee is required to book groups of five or more.
Late Arrivals
If you are late for your appointment time, your treatment may be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled guest. The usual fee for the treatment will be charged.
Your Next Visit
To ensure availability of your preferred appointment time, we recommend that you schedule your next visit before you leave. We will try to accommodate you with the health care professional of your choice, but please be understanding of any schedule changes.
Spa Etiquette
Please, we discourage bringing persons under 16. If you do bring young children into the spa, please remember that we encourage a quiet medical environment and they must remain with you at all times.
