This massage consists of moderate to deep pressure with rapid strokes and focuses on pressure points. Light stretching and joint immobilization are also performed in this treatment. Recommended for pre and post sports activity.

This massage technique is similar to the Swedish massage. Focusing on the special needs of the mother-to-be, pregnancy massage can be utilized at any time during a low risk pregnancy. Special pillows are used to decrease pressure on the belly during the therapy.
