All About Me Medical Day Spa is a shared dream offering personalized medical skincare treatments for both men and women of all skin types. Owned and operated by a team of medical care professionals, we are proud to offer affordable skin care services.
The staff includes Board Certified Plastic surgeon, Dr. Robert Kearney, M.D., F.A.C.S., as well as a staff of Critical Care registered nurses, and clinical estheticians. We are committed to promoting health through education and awareness. We provide the highest standards of service in a safe and private environment.
Our Medical Director
Robert Kearney MD, FACS
Dr. Kearney is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery as well as General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. He maintains active membership in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons as well as the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Our Nursing Staff
Shannon Gunderson, RN
Shannon graduated nursing school in 1997. Her background includes pediatrics, ICU, ER, trauma, case management, plastic surgery and operating room. With her specialized training in laser, botox, Restylane, advanced Restylane and medical aesthetics, you're sure to receive the best in medical attention.
Melissa Atwell, RN, BSN
Melissa graduated in 1996 from Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing at Case Western Reserve University. Her nursing experience includes psychiatric, ICU, plastics, operating room, recovery room & post-surgical, aesthetics.
Stefanie Logan RN, MSN
Stefanie has been in the nursing profession for nearly 20 years. She graduated in 1990 from California State University, Los Angeles with her BSN. In 1996 she received her Masters of Science in Nursing from UCLA. Her nursing experience includes Neonatal Intensive Care, Pediatrics, Post Partum, Adult Medical Surgical and Oncology. She also has experience as a Nurse Manager and Educator and is a Certified Lactation Educator. Stefanie has experience in Laser Aesthetics and Botox and dermal filler administration.

Stephanie Spiegler, Esthetician
Stephanie earned her credentials through the Poway Academy of Hair Design, Inc. in 2003. She specializes in waxing, tinting and perming of the eyelashes and brows, and facials that are designed just for your skin type and tone. Stephanie has also been trained in skin tag removal. Her unique training included massage for a complete relaxing experience. Stephanie strives to continue her education to bring her clients a pleasant experience.
Yvonne Stratton, Esthetician
Yvonne entered the esthetic industry in 2005 to literally provide a hands-on approach to helping people look and feel better. Since then, she has furthered her education by taking numerous classes on facials and waxing techniques. She has also recently completed a course to become a massage technician with the intent of improving the “relaxation” aspect of her facials.
Whether you are treating acne, trying to look younger, or just pampering yourself, Yvonne will be able to customize a facial to suit your specific needs and recommend products for your ongoing maintenance.

Xyreine Kennedy, M.Th, H.H.P, is a licensed, board certified Holistic Health Practitioner. Xyreine is also a board certified Massage Therapist and certified yoga instructor. She has been practicing bodywork for over 15 years. She started earning her credentials as a Holistic Health Practitioner in 1995 at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in San Diego. Her enthusiasm in Holistic Healing has not only been a drive for her own well being, it has also given her the inspiration to share her talents with her patients and students.
Cristina Woodworth, Massage Therapist
Cristina has studied Anatomy and Physiology for the past 15 years, starting off her career in Personal Training and Nutrition. Her fascination with the body’s ability to heal itself led her to Massage Therapy 3years ago. She is currently studying The Egoscue Method to help her clients reach a Pain Free state. This method begins with a postural analysis and recommendations including corrective stretches and exercises. Cristina also specializes in pain relief from Sciatica to the common tension of everyday stresses. Cristina is dedicated to taking her clients to the deepest state of relaxation possible.

Kris Haug, LAc., Dipl. Ac., Acupuncturist
Kris Haug, LAc., Dipl. Ac., has a Masters of Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, San Diego, and is licensed both in California and Nationally in Chinese Medicine. Kris has studied at the International Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Training Program of Chinese Herbal Medicine, Acupuncture and Moxibustion at Chengdu University of TCM in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China. Kris has also worked at UCSD’s RIMAC center with student athletes, the Free Acupuncture Clinic for Seniors in downtown San Diego and has been certified in Facial rejuvenation Acupuncture as taught by Virginia Doran, M.Ac., L.Ac., LMT
